HLA Staff

Jo Tolck is Executive Director of Human Life Alliance, an international pro-life organization. As a volunteer in the pro-life movement prior to Roe v. Wade, Ms. Tolck was a cofounder of the North Side LifeCare Center in Minneapolis, Minnesota.  Additionally, her activity in the pro-life arena includes working with organizations that provided counseling to pregnant women, as well as clothing, furniture, and prenatal care.  Ms. Tolck joined Human Life Alliance in 2001 during her 18th year in the field of vocational rehabilitation.

 

Joe Langfeld is the Deputy Director for Human Life Alliance. A graduate of Saint John’s University with a BA in Public Policy, Joe is a former US Congressional staff member, past president of the Way of the Shepherd Catholic Montessori School, current board member for Hometown Theatre, and served as vice president of sales for a leading national apparel sales group. Joe joined the Human Life Alliance staff in 2003.

 

Ann Olson is the Education Coordinator for Human Life Alliance. Ann is a graduate of the University of Minnesota Twin Cities Campus with a Bachelor of Science in Education and a minor in English.  Ann has a long history as a volunteer in various pro-life ministries.  She co-founded a pregnancy counseling center and is currently the president of Chisago Lakes LifeCare Center in Lindstrom Minnesota.  In addition, Ann was past president of a local right-to-life organization and sits on the Advisory Board for the Archdiocese of Minneapolis-Saint Paul Respect Life Office. Ann joined HLA in the fall of 2008 upon retiring from 38 years in the telecommunication field. 

 

Marie Larson is the Production and Design Coordinator for Human Life Alliance.  Marie graduated with a BA in Communications from Northwestern College in the spring of 2005. She has been working full-time for HLA since the fall of 2005 doing research, writing, and graphic design. Marie has traveled coast to coast speaking on life issues such as abortion, abstinence, and stem cell research.  She also manages HLA’s student internship program.
